The Rewarding Mechanism

In the article "just for fun" by Bill D. Roebuck, the author explains how he found time to do interesting scientific projects in his busy academic life. Even in the tight time schedule caused by a ton of paperwork, especially report writing, he utilized his self-rewarding mechanism to do something he has longed for as a reward for completing the paperwork. For him, it could be some microscope tasks, data analytics, or simple experiments, etc. That could be quite an interesting method to adopt in our lives.
